Contains Rosemary, contains a natural ability to combat fatigue and brain fog during your period a lovely energising oil, blended with Geranium and acts as a tonic for the adrenal cortex. It is especially helpful for finding and maintaining hormone balance for women in all stages; from puberty to sterility to menopause, and lastly Bergamot naturally relieves cramping and gives a gentle boost to your energy levels.
 
Apply the blend up to twice a day during your period when the cramping is most uncomfortable.
 
All our blended formulations are combined with Grapeseed oil.
 
FOR MASSAGE
Apply oil to the temples, neck and forehead, massage gently no need for too much pressure let your fingers glide. Don't forget your pulse points.
Leave the oil to absorb into the skin, inhale the lovely blend and relax.
 
FOR BATH TIME
Add a few drops of oil to a hot bath making sure not to add directly under a hot tap, draw the bath first and before getting in add the oil and relax, soaking up the goodness and inhaling the lovely fragrance to help aid symptoms.
